What is included in a clearance
Clearing and sorting
We clear the agreed area completely and sort it directly on site: reusable material, bulky waste, electrical appliances and materials that have to be disposed of separately each go their own way. This sorting happens while carrying, not afterwards – which keeps the process streamlined.
Proper disposal
Everything that cannot be reused is taken to proper disposal. You neither have to register bulky waste yourself nor drive to the recycling centre, and on request you receive confirmation of the disposal.
Handed over swept clean
After clearing, the areas are swept and ready for handover. If your landlord demands more – removing anchors, final cleaning –, book that as a separate element instead of having to catch up on it yourself later.

What matters for a clearance in Essen
Parking pressure in the period-building quarters
In Rüttenscheid, Holsterhausen and Frohnhausen a free space in front of the house is the exception. Without a no-parking zone every clearance takes noticeably longer, because the carrying distance to the vehicle grows. We apply for one by default in these districts.
Historic town centres in the south
In Werden and Kettwig the streets are narrow and access is sometimes restricted. Not every vehicle can reach these – we clarify access in advance and plan with a smaller truck where necessary.
Long distances
From Karnap to Kettwig it is around twenty kilometres. With several properties in the city area we plan the order by location so that driving time does not determine the day.
